Shipping Costs

- We offer free shipping on orders with a total value equivalent to USD $200 or more. (if applicable).
- Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes for international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently provide worldwide shipping. However, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select countries. Estimated delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Dyus.Support@dyus-sports.com with photos of the damage.
- For missing packages, please allow up to 5 days for investigation with the carrier. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
