Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
  • During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 days.
      • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We offer free shipping on orders with a total value equivalent to USD $200 or more. (if applicable).
  • Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes for international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently provide worldwide shipping. However, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable). 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Estimated delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Dyus.Support@dyus-sports.com with photos of the damage.
  • For missing packages, please allow up to 5 days for investigation with the carrier. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
